My Account & Return Policy
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer."

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is FREE on most products. However, there are some product that require special handling due to their size and as a result, a shipping charge will be required. In addition, if you live outside the Lower 48 states or in a US Territory, there will be standard shipping rates. If you are not sure about a particular item, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Returning a Product? Regardless of circumstance (your product arrived defective, it was damaged during freight or you simply do not want it), we need to ensure the correct return process is followed.
• Please send an email to service@wallmirrorstogo.com.
• Include: Your name, order number and product name.
• Describe the problem in the email as best as possible.
• Send the email and we will reply with instructions.
• Put the products back into their original packaging and reseal.

Please Note the Following Information: For Clearance or On Sale Items Return
If the item you have purchased is an On Sale product or a Clearance Product, please be advised that this does mean it might have some signs of wear. The wear is typically the result of the product being previously shipped. Due to this, the item cannot be returned. However, if you received this item and feel there has been a major error or have some other serious issue, please give us a call. We do our best to be fair. Please read our return policy below for additional information.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will work diligently to help rectify the problem and get you the correct product.
What is your return policy?
  The item doesn't fit? You would like something else? You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Any upgraded or expedited shipping costs will not be refunded. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. WallMirrorsToGo.com & LJL Stores Gift Certificates are nonreturnable. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you have questions about our return policy or product details, just call us before ordering. We are here to help and can give you specifics about your order.

All returned products must be in original condition, including original packaging, sanitary covering, and original product tags. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled, modified or installed. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back; this will be clearly marked on the product's sale page with the words "Clearance Item" or "No Return Available." In addition if you apply any coupon codes or receive a discount below the price listed on our website the product cannot be returned. WallMirrorsToGo.com makes every effort to provide high quality images and measurements to assist you in selecting your wall mirror, decor or furniture. Keep in mind that ALL products are individually handcrafted, therefore, can vary in color. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. For product specifics, please click the "Size & Details" tab under a specific mirror for dimensions. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order, we suggest that you contact us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you.

Please note: We are not responsible for color variations or measurements that are slightly off (two inches or less on length and two inches or less on width). All returns will be subject to our return policies & fees noted above.


What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Defective?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If it arrives damaged, simply follow the return policy. Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy above where we will deduct outbound shipping. If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we will either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. Please be advised, if your product is defective or damaged we must file a claim. To do so, customers are required to provide us with digital pictures that clearly show the damage. We can not honor a claim if you cannot provide us with a picture of the damage (e.g., if your table arrived and a leg was broken we will ask you to provide a picture of the broken leg).

If your order is shipping by Truck Freight (not UPS or Fedex), please note the important instructions below.

• Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.

• If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging.
When will my order ship?
  Ordering, processing and shipping times can vary considerably based on your location, the location of our product, the product itself and the shipping method needed to get your mirror to you as safely as possible. We place a higher premium on getting your order to you with no damage than with getting the mirror to you simply as fast as possible. For mirrors that are in stock it can take up to 21 business days for your mirror to arrive, but most mirrors will arrive in a much shorter timeframe (less than 2 weeks). For delivery questions about a specific order, call our knowledgeable staff who can give you a better timeline on the delivery time.
